1.       Worktops are made from Solid 20-40mm wide lamells. Lentgh of Staves are Random Aprox 200-500mm. Thickness can be 15,18, 20, 22, 27, 28,30, 40. Grade AA, AB, BC, CD.
2.Finger Joints: Quality of joints between lamellae will totally exclude breakout, gaps, holes and excess glue on A face.
3.All staves/lamelles are cut edged 90* as disscused  
4.Moisture content: 8%-12%.
5.Glue: D3 or D4
6.Sanding: grain 120  
7. Max length: 6m; max width: 1.2m.

8. Qualities A, B, C, D
A---A face No defects, occasional PKND, no sap, good bright color
B---A face Sound tight knots not exceeding 5 mm, no sap, PKND good bright color
C---A face Sound tight knots not exceeding 20 mm, no sap, good bright color
D---A face Sound tight knots not exceeding 40 mm, no sap, good bright color

9. PACKING:  
Every panal wrapped in heavy clear polythene -No box
Every pallet packed in Cradbord box  
Every pallet tightened with plastic Bands
